Neil Shah leads the Business Development Strategy for Board UK and South Africa in the Financial Services Industry. He has over 15 years of experience in and around the Office of Finance, starting as an Auditor, to being a Finance Manager and Business Partner, and then a management consultant – advising CFOs on Finance Transformation.

Neil joined Board after 8 years with Ernst and Young, where he acted in an advisory role to some of the world’s largest financial services organizations. Neil believes that now is the time for the financial services’ Office of Finance to take that next step into the future and embrace technology-led solutions to create a world-class, agile, integrated, value-adding business advisory and support function.
