Gareth joined Board in 2017 as Managing Director of the Americas and has recently been appointed as Board’s first Chief Customer Officer. For over 20 years, Gareth’s focus has been on helping companies achieve their goals through consultation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional solutions. His new role with Board allows him to continue his passion and commitment to helping companies succeed across the world. Gareth will focus on customer lifecycle strategy to drive long-term partnerships and deliver first-class experiences and services.

Before joining Board in 2017 as the Managing Director, Americas, Giles Knopp held senior leadership positions at Voxware, Swisslog, and Infor. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom
